Compressed air hopper loader incl. single-stage dedusting



The dedusting device removes up to 95% of the dust from the granules respectively regrind and seperates it in a dust collector easily.

Due to the absolutely safe removal of the dust before melting in the screw cylinder, you achieve a homogeneous melt and avoid burns and tolerances in the molded part.

This patented, completely new compressed air hopper loader is able to convey precise portions of 100 to 200g to a dedusting hopper, by whirling the portions several times in succession by compressed air nozzles and thereby removing up to 99% of the adhering dust from the granules/ regrind. The dust is separated and the dedusted portion is passed to the dryer via a flap control or directly to the moulding machine. In the 2-component version any mixing ratio between 20% and 80% of the two components, e.g. regrind and virgin material can be set reproducible.
