As many as 128 networked drying units can be central controlled recording drying process. Each dryer unit is equipped with CANBus serial interface, thus enabling communication with DryDoc and managing actual values from the drying process (Master-Slave). In addition to the DryDoc software, a Windows system software on standard PC with USB-toCAN-adapter is requested. The complete drying and conveying process can be operated from desktop with documentation of the due/actual values, current drying process and faults. A certain dryer unit with automatic material loading can be programmed to solve a certain drying task within the system. Certain set points for dry air quality, temperature, drying time etc. are possible as well as planned material flow rates.

drying data recording

The most important parameters, such as drying temperature, dry air volume flow and dew point of the dry air, are recorded in a long-time rated diagram. In parallel, such variances as “overheating protection is activated”, “a short power failure”, “fluctuation in compressed air supply” together with failure control, such as “dew point alarm”, “drying temperature constantly too low or too high” are chronologically recorded. At the end of a drying task, all documented data can be printed out in circadian records.

Drying job management

The system manages all the drying process data. A task can be programmed within a shortest period. After the drying
period, a file can be printed in PDF form.
