Application
Tiniest material flow rates or application of laboratory
Micro type dryer – an especially small construction, however, including the fully equipped WINsystem®
dryer. The dryer is applicable to tiniest material flow rates with highest drying precision.
The Jetbox can be adapted to glass drying hopper (0,5 - 5.0 Liter) . The material touching parts of the double-walled drying hoppers are made of special glass and stainless steel.
The WINsystem®
Micro resins dryer is applicable in many cases, i.e. for example tiny material quantities drying in clean room on an ARBURG unit (in stainless steel compact version)
to the point of split version under especially difficult space conditions. Thus the Jetbox and the
dryer container can be mounted in an adequate area.
The glass drying hoppers can be easily opened and filled/cleaned. Should an automatic filling be requested, there is a hopper loader for 1 or 2 components with dedusting available. The conveying control is integrated into the JETBOX.
Technical equipment
Dew point measuring
Every WINsystem dryer is equipped with an integrated precision dew point measuring device standardly controlling continuously the dry air quality up to -50°C, thus enabling an optimal drying result. This measuring system has proved to be without drift errors in long-time testing.
Material data base
All important polymer types are included in this data base. The dryer will be optimally adjusted to the selected polymer type. The polymer specific and flow rate based adjustment makes the drying precise and energy saving. It is, of course, possible to store also user-specific polymers drying paramaters.
overdrying protection
The overdrying protection is activated when interruption of production. This system controls the material flow rate protecting against thermal damaging. The dryer unit reduces its capacity and
protects the material until the next taking.
Energy Efficiency
The WINsystem® dryers are spending as much compressed air and heating energy only as exactly necessary for the drying task by means of the HELIOS data base, which is optimally adjusting the dryer polymer type specifically, the HELIOS digital pneumatic with its high-precision dry air volume flow adjustment, the exact temperature control and the overdrying protection. This is why HELIOS is able to grant the energy efficiency.
Conveying control
WINsystem®
dryers are able to operate independently 1 – 2 compressed air hopper loaders with 1 or 2 components conveying control with or without dedusting. The conveying period, mixing ratio, dedusting ratio, distance balancing, filter dedusting and control over shortage of material are selectable.
Weekday timer
Every weekday and single docking station can be easily and individually programmed with the week-timer. Automatic preheating program before the set start provides optimal material at the beginning of production.
Graphic display
The ACTUAL/DUE values are displayed in large scale as well as the drying programs, conveying programs and eventual error messages.The operating is simply by using few keys. 10 languages are available selectably.
24h Service
Upon receipt of notice of failure and clarification of the actual situation with HELIOS service department
(Mo.-Th. 8.00 – 17 h, Fr. 8.00-12.00 h)
the necessary spare part will be sent to the customer by UPS within 24 h.
No need for maintenance
WINsystem® dryers are maintenance-free generally. Possibly requested spare parts can be easily replaced by the customers. Only the filters have to be replaced precautionary or if required.
