The system HELIOMAT® is equipped with removable dryer containers from 0,5 to 50 litres for small material flow rates and which, filled with corresponding resins, can be directly docked to the dry air supply station by means of quick sliding guides. After the drying period, the hermetically sealed dryer containers can easily be removed to the location of use by means carriage. Alternatively, sample material can directly be discharged from the outlet at container bottom.

Optimally dried resin batches between 5 and 30 kgs have to be available on request,

2 WINsystem HELIOMAT 6T batches drying units with 40 drying containers in sizes between 15 and 50 litres
1 loading station with a parking rail for dried material containers, 12 container carriages with suction box and
12 vacuum loaders with dust collection. 



Near starting qualifying, the resin portion is moved on carriage to the processing machine. A vacuum loader transports dried material from the hermetically sealed WINsystem dryer container to the feeding zone.

A special sliding guide system enables form-closed centring when docking the carriage and sliding the
container on injection moulding machine flange.
