The problem

when conveying abrasive bulk materials, such as glass fibre reinforced plastics, glass fibres, powdered ceramics etc. the usual conveyers of aluminium cast or stainless steel will be worn-out within a short period.

The solution

The vacuum hopper loader / conveyor of extremely wear resistant borosilicate glass are built by HELIOS since 1997. In addition to the abrasion resistance, the conveyed material is visable all side making a control of conveying process possible at any time. The top part can be easily opened by hand. HELIOS resin vacuum conveyors can be combined with a single conveying control unit as a single conveying unit and with a multipoint conveying control as a part of a centralized conveying system with vacuum unit. In doing so, both mini vacuum conveyors for tiniest material quantities and bigger vacuum conveyors can be combined together.

HELIOS conveying controls

The conveyer line HFM can be combined with a single control unit or with a centralized conveying control system. Both types control in addition to the vacuum station over a 2-components mixing valve, an automatic filter cleaning and a discharge valve on each conveying point.
