Helios compressed air hopper loader series Heliojet and Heliomix are developed for conveying of free flowing bulk materials, such as pellets, regrind, ballast chipping ect. With the use of compressed air powered suction lance, the bulk material is moved to the hopper loader. Fully developed filter technics provide bulk-material separation from conveying air without dust.
All parts of HELIOJET and HELIOMIX compressed air hopper loader in contact with conveyed material are made of high wear-resistant borosilicate glass, stainless steel and PUR tubes respectively and are mainly used for conveying in capacity ranges up to approx. 50 kg/h at vertical conveying distance up to approx. 8m - HELIOS Hopper loaders the most efficient and powerful Pneumatic Conveyor

Conveying and mixing at the same time at any desired rate

The HELIOS mixture hopper loader has been developed for conveying rates between 0,1 kg/h and 50 kg/h for direct essambly to the extrucer or to an intermediate container. The materials mixture takes place automatically while conveying. The both components are conveyed by means of new developed Venturi suction lance (Pneumatic Conveyor / compressed air) and mixed in a highly wear resistant specific glass container. The remarkable thing about HELIOS Hopper loader is, that different conveying distances are considered making the mixing result exact. Furthermore, based on swirling while separating before starting process, a homogene material mixture is available, so that quality fluctuations due to material layers are avoided.
A specific filter cleaning developed for this equipment range of hopper loaders provides the process nearly maintenance-free. The filter cleaning is automatic and while working. The compressed air bursts for cleaning are adjustable in addition. All parameters necessary, such as mixing rate in %, suction time of the both components and the cleaning impulses of automatic filter dedusting can be retrieved via an user friendly display with LED display of the conveying control.

The control unit is either for direct essambly to the HELIOS Hopper Loader / conveyor or for essambly to another allocated space separately.

Additional equipment - Re arrangement sets

Previously existing conveyors can be re-arranged by pressure balance device and 1 component conveyor can be added with 2 components pneumatic conveying set. Furthermore, previously existing equipment with HELIOS JETBOX can be added with automatic filter cleaning and 2 components pneumatic conveying respectively afterwards.
