WINsystem Jumbo - stand-alone dryer

the JUMBO capacity level, combined with dryer container sizes 75 l and 150 l, covers material flow
rates from 15 up to 30 kg/h. The dryer control operating is analogue to BASIC/TURBO level and can be
integrated into top-mounted as well as stand-alone dryer systems.

HELIOCONTROL dew point
measurement system as well as loading time control of compressed air loader of stainless steel are
standard. 2 components mixing valve for regrind and virgin material is available optionally. The
material filling level can be infinitely adjusted between 50 and 100%. A large service door provides
ease cleaning access when changing from one type of resin to another.

Polycarbonate processing on exruder for optical application. Throughput rate per hour = 30 kg PC. The material residual moisture of < 0,02% has to be kept accurately. For lack of space, the dryer has to be
placed inline with max. width = 650 mm. The material is stored in octobins at a distance of approx. 30 m and has to be emptied restless and conveyed to the dryer. The dried resin is not allowed to encounter compartment air, when conveying to the extruder.

Helios stand-alone dryers can be set to the drying ranges, where other corresponding dryers are too heavy or using of centralized dryer systems is not reasonable.
