The system was introduced on K-show 1998. Meantime, over 3000 units are being successfully in operation worldwide. The dryers are very rugged constructed at optimum price/performance ratio and contain the same essential technical details as the leading WINsystem dryer line on the market. The JETBOX Standard system is available in capacity levels BASIC/TURBO/JUMBO being combined with dryer container sizes 8/15/26/75/150 litres. In serial, 1 component compressed air loader is applied for loading material to the dryer. Automatic filter cleaning function can be supplied optionally, also for later modification.

technical parts of high temperature
thermoplast materials, such as
PET, PEEK, PAI, LCP, are produced
by a custom moulder using an
injection moulding fleet with
clamping force levels between 200
kN and 1800 kN. The batch sizes
being called are fluctuating very
with daily changes from one color
to another within one batch. The
existing central material supply
with desiccant dryers are not
flexible enough to manage the
constant change over from one
color to the other with considerable
time for cleaning job. A large
number of waste is produced
basing on contamination of dried
material when feeding on
machine.

HELIOS SOLUTUION:
1. for small size batches and flow
rates, several top-mounted Jetbox
Standard line dryer units, material
storage containers are placed
beside the processing machine.
2. for large size batches, a topmounted
JETBOX Standard dryer
unit without loader, the pre-dried
material supply from central
drying system through piping
system to a Jetbox Standard dryer.
The material is re-dried or kept
warm and dry, respectively on the
processing unit.
3. initial production batches, when
changing from one color to the
other, are pre-dried using HELIOMAT
batches drying system and
moved on container carriage to
each processing machine. The
previous drying container on feed
zone will be replaced.
