The OKTOMAT® Bulk bag Unloading - Emptying System is very easy to use. The production materials are corresponding to the industrial requirements (INOX, PUR). Option 7

fluidisation device


The Helios OKTOMAT® with fluidisation system masters the art of automatically unloading non-pourable bulk materials, such as scrap web residue, foils regrind, agglomerates and pure glass fibres. HELIOS’ latest development now enables the automatic emptying and subsequent conveying of problematic bulk material whereas, once, this task could only be performed by means of “showel and pick work”. A jet of compressed air is directed to the bulk material through several adjustable nozzles mounted to the conical bottom or to the suction head cover. A special control being always connected with the option 6 enables solving the “nearly unsolvable” cases..
